Les Furies

Waterloo is getting a semi-pro men's hockey team, which means the amateur women's leagues are being kicked out of the arena. To get back at them for losing their ice time, a hot-headed hockey player and a fierce eighty-year-old ex-derby champ come up with a scheme: gather the town's misfits and create a secret roller derby squad. With help from the local Women's Circle, they're out to show that women's sports can pack the stands too, and that sisterhood is the ultimate form of defiance.
