Katkout Abul Leil (Muhammad Saad) lives in a town in southern Egypt and has been targeted to be killed by the Fakhayda family, due to an old family dispute. He is rescued by two government agents and taken to Cairo, to prepare him for a mission that threatens national security. It turns out that he has a physical resemblance to a terrorist named Youssef Khoury, who was killed by the police, and the government wants him to pretend to be Youssef.
