Amazing if you have a perverted sense of humour or a hankerin for the simpler days of action movies. Planet Terror is an unrivaled gorefest, while Death Proof is a car-chase lover's wet dream. My only complaint is that Tarantino's ego makes Death Proof a little tough to watch a second time. Too much damn dialogue, and I think I'm not alone in saying that Tarantino's dialogue is getting mighty stale. Everyone is starting to sound like Vincent Vega and Clarence from True Romance. 20 minutes could've been chopped from Death Proof and it would've been perfect. Also, the five fake previews are just about the funniest things I've seen at the movies in a decade.
