The first two thirds were terrific: great characters, interesting premise, fine acting, genuine scares. After the first hour or so, the movie took a turn for the worse, devolving into a bizarre kind of who-should-do (as opposed to a whodunit) that really was uninteresting. The concept for this movie was good, but the script was under-developed. I would've given it a serious overhaul. Still, an entertaining, original and touching picture. M Night's worst, for sure, but still okay.
