Let me begin by saying I gave Ocean's 11 a 7/10. Ocean's 12 is far worse. You spend the first half of the movie wondering when they're going to pull off their heist, then the second half wondering what the heck is going on. The fun in the first one was watching them rob the casino, but in the sequel, there is no such activity. The story begins with nothing and ends with nothing, adding far too many characters to the mix. It's more like Out of Sight than Ocean's 11, only much much worse. Things only get interesting around two-thirds of the way through when an absolutely ridiculous turn of events brings a certain well-known celebrity into the movie. I won't spoil the surprise, but let's just say this movie started looking more like Last Action Hero than Ocean's Anything. I had dozed off prior to this scene, so for a while I was convinced that I was dreaming. The movie was boring up until this point, and then just flat-out idiotic after. [...] All I know is, I'll be sitting out Ocean's Thirteen.
