If you've ever read a book by Dean Koontz, then you've pretty much seen this movie already. They've taken pretty much every element from the quintessential Koontz novel (woman and man on the run from government and possibly something else, plenty of chases, motels and missing kids, etc) and made a sub-mediocre movie out of it. I found it dull, monotonous and exceptionally idiotic. Julianne Moore and Gary Sinise are wasted here, and Anthony Edwards, well, he's always kind of sucked. Thankfully, I saw it for free. If you can't do the same, don't bother.
