First of all, I'd like to say that this movie did NOT deserve the bomb it received in the Gazette, their reason being that the movie should never have been released after September 11. They did the same thing with with Collateral Damage and, to me, that is not professional movie reviewing, that is editorializing; a movie should be rated on its own, not in relation to outside events taking place in the world. That being said, I found Big Trouble to be a wacky farce, with enough recognizable faces in it to choke a camel. The first half was enjoyable, but I found it got a little tiresome towards the end, except for the corrupt airport workers; that was classic. It's crazy and off-the-wall and sometimes just a little too hard to believe, but it's certainly no bomb, no pun intended.
