What could have been a totally engrossing and memorable gang film turned out to be an over-violent, loud, poorly-acted, awfully (and I mean AWFULLY) directed, plot-retarded debacle. Maybe it deserved less than a 5, but it did hold my attention and it was entertaining to some degree. But it really isn't very good. I don't usually complain about movies being violent, but this was just ridiculous. Even when people were just talking, there was violence: physical and verbal. The direction was messy and used too many frame-by-frame slow-motion tricks during the fight scenes. Go se it if the idea of watching a bunch of greaseballs yell at each other and throw things and punch each other in the face and knee each other in the stomach sounds appealing. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and stay away.
