A funny film with some very funny sequences, the paint ball and the tennis scenes are well done, the characters mesh well together, the story line is very basic but well told.

The first 30 minutes are boring but the rest was pure fun! I hated Napoleon Dynamite but Jon Heder is really good in this one. If you want a good laugh, see this one!

Painful to watch this intensely American view of how to live life, be a man and get a girl. Walked out after 20 minutes of discomfort, watching things that I might have found funny in grade 6. Was surprised that one reviewer viewed this is a good date movie -- true enough, if you never want to see the woman again.

Both funny and touching at times. There were a few moments where you started to question the point of the movie, but those were few and far between. Would make an excellent date movie.

Dissapointing. This definitely should not have been a PG with all the sexual references and foul language. Don't take any young childeren to see the show.

As someone else said before, it's nice to see Heder step away from his typecast. He did an awesome job in this movie. Billy Bob always has alot of foul language in his movies, which it kind of got irritating. But other than that it was alright, had a couple good laughs. See it at the cheap seats. Don't pay full price.

Not a bad movie, it wasn't as funny as I thought it could be, Horatio Sanz from SNL is on the cast, but doesn't really do anything to warrant his presence, I have a feeling that there is probably 30 minutes of comedy on the cutting room floor that had to be scarificed for the storyline/time constarints.

Billy Bob always plays a good bad guy, and everyone loves John Heder. Good movie, but I noticed someone's review mentioned this as a family flick, which it is not.

Very funny, and parts that could make you cry. Happy endings and funny catch phrases that will be stuck in your head for months. A great family movie.

Not bad for a remake. Suprisingly good acting here too. The movie can hold it's own among it's genre and if you feel like a light, fun film for a date, this should appeal to guys and girls alike. Funny, relentless, and semi-Fight Club like. Go see it.

Not What I expected. More of a romantic comedy than anything. Some slapstick saved it from being worse. Billy Bob was ruthless, and you never even think the words Napolean Dynamite during the movie. It was great.

I honestly couldn't believe that this was PG, especially with all the reference to rape... anyway, I like John Heder so it was nice to see him out of his usual role. There were some pretty funny parts, especially towards the end... but the whole Ben Stiller bit was just weird! Enjoy :(.

It was very funny. It's not as predictable as most movies are these days. It was really good and I recommend it to anyone that likes comedies. The only thing that sux is that in the preview you see Ben Stiller but he's only in the movie for like 10 min at most.

It was a very good film! Very funny and showed somewhat of what Jon Heder is capable of. They found the perfect actor to play the part of Roger. Very good!!! Go see it now!

Not as good as I thought it would be. I was expecting something funnier and with a better plot. The only funny parts were the ones they showed in the trailers. The paintball part was probably the funniest, followed by the part when they were playing tennis.

Really good movie. Hilarious one-liners. Had much of the audience laughing out loud. It's a real shame some of the other critics gave it a low star rating. Don't be fooled, this is one worth seeing. Perhaps they don't appreciate good humor?

This movie was terrible and should have been rated higher than PG. The language was disgusting, the plot none existent andt the acting was pathetic. I wish someone would have told us this before we wasted our money on this movie.

A few well-placed lines and gags, but a lot of sloppy romantic filler in between. John Heder's range is limited, as is Billy-Bob (how many more type casts will he do of the disgruntled, washed-up mentor), albeit they are both effective and pull off quite a few funny scenes. Overall entertaining, but I would save my dough and rent if I had had to do it over again.
