True, not everyone will take to this type of movie, but as the phrase goes... to each his own. As for myself, I was laughing non-stop throughout the film and enjoyed every moment of it. Will Ferrell really accelerates to the top in this one. I mean the guy is downright hilarious... crazy as a loon, but what a performance he delivers. I would say he's even funnier than Adam Sandler. This movie also primarily focuses on the whole NASCAR theme, and the people who thrive on the sport in typical redneck fashion. Aside from that, there is plenty of slapstick humour throughout, and the jokes are being dished out left and right when you least expect it. Definitely an entertaining flick for Will Ferrell fans. Check it out... it's great.
