A fitting way to explain the origin of Darth Vader. The movie is very dark but I guess for a movie like this it pretty much has to be, but still it's a great action movie with exciting twists and turns at every corner. Excellent out of all the Star Wars movies I would say this one is number 2 of my favorites.

Shame on you people for rating this movie so high. Hayden Christensen takes one of the greatest movie villains of all time and converts him into a childish brat. They should have just casted the kid from Problem Child. Natalie Portman was not as attractive as she was in the first one either, what was up with that?

I Love this movie because Anakin who become darth vader this was a Best star wars movies better than episode 2 I lve all star wars movies I saw this all star wars movie when I was 10 years old.

This is by far the Best star wars movie ever, it is the turning point of the saga and it is great, it shows how anakin skywalker became darth vader and they tied up all loose ends from the previous movies and included drama, betrayal, romance, adventure, and action!

I know that purists are gonna wanting me dead for what I'm going to say, but this movie is definitely the Best one of the five others. It's way more scripted and dramatic, emotionally intense, deep at some points and not only action-packed with little scenario like episode 2, though there is some action. Awesome movie.

Okay Best one of em all, this story wasn't bad in any sense, though I wish it would have had a better showing on Anakin transforming into Darth Vader, the movie was pretty sweet over all. I thought the ending was some sweet material to, yes this movie is all dark but it's a must see movie.

I was a little disappointed. I loved the original 3 star wars movies and waited impatiently for the next 3. I guess the wait from 1983 left me with unrealistic expectations. My chief complain is with the dialog... it seemed stilted. George Lucas is a great storyteller... but dialog has never been his strong suit.

This is the first Star Wars movie I saw so I don't really know the plot (story line) behind the other two movies. This movie was good because it had alot of action which makes the audience excited and you get more interested at the movie. But at the same time, I was confused because I didn't know what was going on. If you are a Star Wars fun, you are definitely going to like this movie 100%.

If you like Star Wars, for sure it is nice to see how all the other Star Wars classics are connected with this one. I just don't like the acting of Anakin and it's a little more dark this movie, I don't think it is a good movie for little kids.

I love Star Wars and I was very glad to see this this addition to this series in the Corner Brook Cinema. I love that everything was explainedabout why everything happened in the forth, fifth and sixth movies. I really wish that they had done everything with less pain on the actors and less killing but thats how it goes. I likr this movie and if you like Star Wars you will really, really like this one.
