My favorite movie of the year, along with Barbarian Invasions. Both Canadian, how about that! Hard to explain why movies this brilliant are so good. It's all in the subtleties. Acting is excellent. It is very funny in a telling, socially critical way. Katherine Isabelle is probably Canada's best actor right now. She is also brilliant in Ginger Snaps(only the first one, not the sequel; it sucks)
