Being a child at heart and a big fan of the Harry Potter books and previous movies, and having waited with anticipation for the movie version of book 3 (my favorite book so far in the series) I must agree with some of the other reviewers who have not raved or given this sequel a '10'. At first, I did not like the way the film was shot - but I did get used to it as the movie progressed. I think far too much of the book was left out, and far too many things that are not in the book were in the movie - great liberties were taken, and I for one, just did not see the need for it. I may just have to go see it again and see how it 'feels' the second go round. But, it's Harry Potter, and the movie, as a stand-alone film, is good, and well worth the money and movie theatre experience. My biggest complaint would be that the way this one 'feels' is just not 'child-like' enough - which is, remember, what Harry Potter is - a children's book that is great for everyone!
