User's review

The movie's only point seems to revolve around making you feel pity for Jewish people who suffered in nazi times. The cause is honorable. But there is no plot whatsoever, the story line does not have any significance nor real historical anchor. The way the plot unfolds in the end is even very unlikely and one cannot suspend his disbelief. The film is absolutely boring all along, you are waiting for something to happen, until in the last 5 minutes something finally does but it makes you feel really bad, but for what? What was the moral, or real point of this specific story? There has been many much greater and more relevant films made about those times. This film is pointless and feels only like cheap propaganda. You come out of the film and you feel horrible, but you don't feel enlightened or that you learned anything new.
