Should be 12 out of 10. One of the best movies I have seen in my life. If you liked this movie, you should read Rohintin Mistry's 'A fine balance'. Can't say too much more without spoiling it. And to the people that didn't like the dance scene? It wasn't part of the story - just to let you know.
