Jay Brooks is that guy who digs indie rock, graphic novels, and dates white chicks. After a slew of bad break-ups, Jay gives up on white women, "cold turkey". Even though his friend Matt tells him to stop blaming his issues on white women Jay decides to go on a mission: "Operation Brown Sugar". But because he doesn't fit the "brotha" stereotype, he fails miserably with the "sistahs". Then he meets Catherine...
