User's review

Odd film-it looks exacly like a remotish northwestern corner of Massachussetts. Burkittsville Maryland is distinct because it is probably one of the few towns in the USA with no stores or retaurants-very closed to visitors. No bugs walkmans or birds gave this an odd feel like it was filmed in a radioative spill zone circa 1972. A bit much of the language thing makes it hard to watch at times... funny because thats the way teenagers talked in 1972. Masterwork or Mastercrime, sometimes I wonder. The dialogue doesnt match the film in the more mainstream sequel.
