A sad yet provocative movie that shows what the majority of people don't want to REALLY see or know about Vancouver. Whilst there are a number of scenes that may cause you to wince and/or close your eyes there are, also, some very uplifting and very positive moments in the movie. As well, to re-iterate what the previous reviewer mentioned, the movie really does the frustration of the police and the frustration of (some of) the addicts who want to get off the drugs and who try and try and try and try...
