IMAX made it nice visually. And there's a good moral to the story. But the plot was kinda weak. And predictable. They could've been more creative with that huge alien. Acting was ok. Didn't blow me away. I will have totally forgotten about this movie in a year or two. But hey... I've seen a lot worse.
