The effects of Iraq on three soldiers involved in bomb disposal are profound but varied. The intensity of the movie brings an adrenaline surge to the movie goer in tense realistic sequences. The plot is rather thin and exploration of the emotional and psychological consequences limited and a little heavy handed but the shear tension and buzz of adrenaline felt by the audience makes this a must see. Easy to see why the war can be an addictive horror.
